Coconut oil can work wonders for dry, damaged, and weak hair, it is loaded with healthy and natural fatty acids which are very good to soften your hair and they are loaded with the nutritional elements too, and according to famous dermatologist rubbing a small amount of coconut oil between your hands is great before applying in on your scalp, cause this would make it worm and then it release the natural vitamin and minerals of coconut, you just don’t apply this on the rots, but you can rub it all over your hair too and if you have split ends then dip your ends in slightly worm oil for 5 minutes every day and it will actually help you get rid of split ends too.

Frizz Fighter

We have been using coconut oil for frizzy hair for ages as it is one of the most popular beauty uses of coconut oil as it repel water and prevent frizz, you just need to take a bit of Oil and rub it all over your hair and then it will stop moisture from entering the hair shaft to create frizz, you can mix it with your hair serum too and it will work absolutely fine.

It is very good to keep your teeth white too as it can kill Streptococcus bacteria, which would be a step up from chemicals like triclosan in your toothpaste and keep your teeth white and clean eventually, you just need to take a tea spoon of oil in your hands and dip your brush in it and brush your teeth with this everyday for over all wellness benefits.

It can be prove a best make up remove and you can use it as a skin cleanser and moisturizer too and it is very good to deal with mild sunburn and sun tan too.
